Injury Assessment & Treatment
We will first use evidence based specific special and functional testing to identify the true extent of your injury. Once this has been achieved, a thorough treatment and rehabilitation program will be personalised for you to ensure there is a reduction in pain and an improvement in movement and flexibility.
Follow Up
Once we have had the initial consultation, we will continue the treatment and rehabilitation plan to reduce pain and increase flexibility and movement.
Biomechanical Assessment
A biomechanical assessment will help to identify the core issues of why you're getting pain and/ or discomfort. After identifying the issues, we will then put a program in place to correct the movement patterns.
Sports Massage
Whether you have been working hard in the gym or been sitting behind a desk for 8 hours a day and everything in between. With a sports massage we can help to reduce tightness and tension along with improving flexibility and movement.
This is achieved within 30 minutes or 60 minutes.
Sports Rehabilitation
Following an injury, specific muscles can become weak/ lengthened or overactive/ shortened. As a result this can have an affect on the way that we stand, sit and move. Sports rehabilitation will help to reduce these issues by correcting movement patterns and improving strength. This can be achieved within 30 minutes or 60 minutes.
1-1 Pilates
Back Pain? Neck Pain? Lacking core stability? Pilates will help to re-educate from breathing whilst contracting to performing movements using the correct muscle patterns. This is achieved on a 1-1 basis within 45 minutes.
